Excellent communication and location. Early check-in with suitcases stored safely. Spotlessly clean room with spacious bathroom and smart TV. Thoughtful touches like ear plugs and air conditioning. Close to amenities and shopping street.

The room was super nice with a TV, Netflix, and a great selection of movies and series. The decor was amazing, and the staff, especially Annalisa and a super nice woman who helped with my heavy luggage, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and a supermarket. The room was clean, had a nice shower, and even provided complimentary water and wine glasses.
Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

The room wasnice and neat, with a good-sized bed and a clean bathroom. The location was great, close to the port, metro station, and city center. We also enjoyed the Italian breakfast included at a local café downstairs.
The room was not well isolated from the rest of the hotel, causing disturbances when people entered or exited. There were also issues with noise from neighbors playing music late at night.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The rooms are modernly renovated and exactly as shown in the pictures, with bathrooms that are exactly as on the photos. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect, very close to a metro station and within walking distance of all the tourist areas. Additionally, the breakfast included at the nearby coffee shop was a great start to our day.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

Due to its central location, noise from the city can be heard, but the rooms are thoughtfully equipped with earplugs to help mitigate any disruption.

The room at Comfort Zone was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The jacuzzi was a luxurious touch and provided a relaxing end to our days exploring the city. Our host was friendly and always available to help with any questions or concerns we had.
the door to the building was a bit small and caused some inconvenience when entering and exiting.
